Sausage burgers, sausage-loaf, sausage in spaghetti, sausage on pizza (wait, that's real).
You'd think, being their mother, that I'd know exactly why. But I don't.
Any how, here is some actual sausage (ta-da!) in a muffin!
And super easy to make. Cheap and easy dinner.
Sausage Breakfast Muffins

1 pkg (8) large crescent rolls
10 eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Step #1: Brown sausage.
Step #2: Rip up crescent rolls and press into the bottom of a greased muffin tin. (12 total)
Step #3: Whisk 10 eggs in a large bowl.

Step #4: Place sausage evenly into roll cups.
Step #5: Pour eggs evenly over sausage, careful to leave a bit of space at the top.
