Have you ever given a toddler a popsicle? Mini-muffin #2 holds it like a corn cob. And proceeds to get popsicle 'juice' on every single thing within a 8-mile radius.
Thus the need for a better one.
This is my take on a recipe I love from my darling mother -
Hers involves fruit, but fruit never lasts long in this house, so I did without.
But the best part of this popsicle is you can eat it with a spoon! I still recommend taking it and your toddler(s) outside, though.
Ingredients:
1 can lemonade concentrate
1 can OJ concentrate
2 'cans' water
Step 2: Mix.
Step 3: Freeze in portion sized covered bowls.
Step 4: Eat.

This sounds like a great treat for a toddler. I'm going to have to share this recipe with my niece. Although my girls are older now, I'm sure they'd still enjoy a treat like this during this heat!
