2 cups flour
2 cups warm water
1 cup salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
1 pkg Kool Aid mix (for color. It also smells nice! We made black cherry)
Stir. Let them stir for a while, but you're going to want to help.
Then turn the stove on medium heat and keep that stirring going until it pulls away from the sides of the pot and isn't sticky anymore.
Dump it out (a bowl is fine) and wait for it to cool. Pour some water in the pot ASAP to start getting that stuff off!
When it's cool, wash the pot while your mini-muffins play! (This is edible, technically. But try to discourage it. Even if they didn't eat anything for dinner.)
